Infrastructure to help you balance your career and family

During their pregnancy and until they return to work, we support mothers in accordance with the statutory parental leave policy. Moreover, we offer attractive child care services in our company-owned day care centre called “Milchzähne”. This facility was created with the objective of promoting a healthy work-life balance for our employees and enhancing their flexibility. A dedicated team from the Liechtenstein Day Care Association looks after the children in groups of twelve. The child care centre operates during the normal working hours of the company.

On-site cafeteria serving healthy food

Our staff cafeteria called “Panorama” serves a wide variety of healthy lunch options and snacks. The modern, light-suffused interior offers an inviting space to relax and meet up with colleagues. In addition, employees have access to vending machines and attractively designed lounge areas throughout the company. Complimentary fresh fruit is available to help employees stock up on their daily vitamins and minerals.

Our premises in Schaan are easily accessible by public and private transport. We offer free parking and covered bicycle racks as well as changing rooms and showers. Employees who regularly use public transport to commute to and from work are eligible for an allowance.

Dr Tatiana Repetto-Bauckhage, who originally hails from Peru, is in her element in her job as a dentist at Ivoclar. She has been a dedicated teacher at the clinical training centre at our company headquarters since 2005, where she and her colleagues convey their knowledge and their passion for our products. Joining our company

Congratulations on signing your employment contract with our company. We would like to welcome you to our team.
