The standard warranty covers the repair of material and manufacturing defects in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions. Repairs during the warranty period are performed by authorized Ivoclar service centers. Excluded from the warranty are, in particular, wear-and-tear parts as well as damage caused by improper use or external influences. The currently valid warranty terms and conditions of Ivoclar apply.
The standard warranty begins upon delivery of the device to the end customer. The proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or delivery note) serves as proof of warranty coverage. This document is used to determine the warranty period and is also required for warranty extensions. To ensure clear identification, the proof of purchase should include the device’s serial number.

The Extended Warranty may be purchased up to and including the last day of the existing Standard Warranty period. For warranty calculation purposes, the Standard Warranty period commences on the date documented in the proof of delivery. If no proof of delivery is available, the purchase date stated on the proof of purchase may be used instead. The Extended Warranty begins immediately after the expiration of the Standard Warranty and provides seamless coverage thereafter. Once the Standard Warranty has expired, the Extended Warranty can no longer be purchased.
The warranty extension is recorded when the invoice for the corresponding device is issued.
It becomes effective upon full payment and automatically takes effect immediately after the standard warranty expires.
