During their pregnancy and until they return to work, we support mothers in accordance with the statutory parental leave policy. Moreover, we offer attractive child care services in our company-owned day care centre called “Milchzähne”. This facility was created with the objective of promoting a healthy work-life balance for our employees and enhancing their flexibility. A dedicated team from the Liechtenstein Day Care Association looks after the children in groups of twelve. The child care centre operates during the normal working hours of the company.
