New opening mechanism
The new, innovative opening mechanism of the Programat CS6 accelerates the predrying process, offering further time savings. With the new opening mechanism, the warm air arising from the firing chamber can be used to dry restorations from underneath.
Specially developed vacuum technology[1]
The integrated vacuum technology[1] accelerates the sintering process in the Programat CS6, while enhancing the esthetics of your zirconia restorations at the same time. Addionally, the vacuum function optimizes the crystallization and glazing process.
Temperature calibration
You have full control over the temperature in the Programat CS6 and achieve consistently reliable results. Temperature calibration can be easily performed on-site in your practice.
Colour touchscreen
Operating the Programat CS6 is quick and straightforward. The modern, full-colour touchscreen is intuitive and durable, making it ideal for use in a dental practice.
LED status display
The Optical Status Display (OSD) located at the furnace base allows you to easily check the current operating status of your furnace. The OSD uses different colours to indicate the progress of the process, giving you a clear overview of key updates at a glance.

The Programat CS6 is the ideal solution for dental practices that focus on enhancing efficiency and saving space. With its smart, compact design, the furnace seamlessly adapts to your practice's needs without taking up valuable space. Despite its compact design, this multi-use furnace can reach tempertatures of up to 1,560 °C (2,840 °F). Its optimized firing chamber speeds-up the firing cycle, delivering even more esthetic results.
In addition to the pre-installed programs for Ivoclar materials, programs for third-party materials can also be easily set up. No matter which material you choose, the Programat CS6 helps you achieve your goal quickly. The specially developed vacuum technology accelerates the sintering process and optimizes crystallization and glazing. Our VP3 easy and VP5 vacuum pumps are the ideal addition to the Programat CS6.
