Register your device quickly and easily

It takes only 3 easy steps to register your second-generation Programat furnace and sign up to receiving your free reports. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions below. If you already have registered your Programat furnace, you can subscribe to receiving your reports straight away.

First step: Connect your device to the internet

Connect

Make sure your device is connected to the internet. A stable connection is required for uninterrupted data transmission. This is essential for receiving a complete report.

Second step: Create a customer account and register your device

Log In

Note: If you already have a customer account, please log in to register your device.

Go to mydevice.ivoclar.com and select your country and preferred language. Then follow the instructions.

To complete the registration, you will need to provide your contact details, information about your laboratory or your practice and the serial number of the device you are registering. You can find the serial number on the back of your device.

Third step: Sign up to receiving reports

Subscribe

Subscribe to receiving your free reports by agreeing to the Terms of Use of our basic IoT services with a single click. 

After you have successfully completed your registration, we will confirm your details within 48 hours electronically. Once you have received our confirmation, you can log in via your personal customer account and access all your data and services.
