The excellent features of the Black Cobra carbide cutters are enhanced by the special CARBOCER^© (diamond-like carbon) coating. A specially developed process applies a diamond-like carbon coating to the Cobra carbide cutters with extremely hard, wear-resistant, low-friction, corrosion-resistant surfaces while retaining the original surface properties. This surface refinement leads to protection against
aggressive cleaning agents. Contamination is also easier to detect and remove.
