IPS e.max® ZirCAD Prime blocks allow CEREC dentists to produce high-strength and esthetic restorations sintered faster than ever before[2]. Sinter crowns in only 15 minutes with the Ivoclar Programat CS6 and achieve highly esthetic results.

Speed sintering

Quickly sinter your restorations in just 15 minutes using a sintering furnace such as the Programat CS6[1].

High strength 

1,100 MPa[3] of strength and lower wall thickness of 0.8 mm for posterior crowns allow you to provide conservative dentistry for your patients.

Highly esthetic 

Achieve highly esthetic results due to the progression of shade and translucency from the dentin (3Y-TZP zirconia material) to the translucent incisal area (5Y-TZP zirconia material). 

Easy cementation

Place the restorations with a conventional cement, e.g. ZirCAD® Cement, or use a self-adhesive or adhesive cementation protocol.

Create single unit restorations that meet your patients' needs.

Choose from a variety of shades for zirconia crown restorations:
BL1, 0*, A1, A2, A3, B1, C2

* Shade 0 is comparable to shade A1 but with less colour and a chroma between shade A1 and BL3.

 

Finishing options

Finish your IPS e.max® ZirCAD Prime restorations by:

  • Polishing with e.g. OptraGloss®

  • Glazing with IPS e.max® CAD Crystall./Glaze Paste Fluo[4]

  • Characterizing with IPS e.max® CAD Crystall./materials
