Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training, hands-on workshops, and product demonstrations
- Support planning and execution of Ivoclar Academy training programs
- Manage training operations with third parties/ KOLs etc. and provide technical support during sessions
- Provide analogue and digital clinical guidance to customers and support field visits
- Effectively managing customer complaints and technical requests and ensuring coordination with relevant teams
- Support translation and localization of global technical content
- Represent Ivoclar at events, congresses, and customer engagements
Qualifications
- Dentist with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Interest in dental technologies and training processes
- Knowledge of analog and/or digital dental applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with English technical materials
- Open to travel and teamwork
