One disc. One denture.
At the heart of the Ivotion® Denture System is the monolithic Ivotion disc, which integrates both tooth and denture base materials, enabling the fabrication of fully individualized complete dentures in a single, continuous milling process. After milling, the only remaining step is polishing the finished denture.

High-quality material for high-end complete dentures

Ivotion combines highly cross-linked PMMA tooth material with premium denture base material. The tooth and gingiva materials developed specifically for Ivotion are based on clinically proven products and designed for permanent restorations in complete denture prosthetics. Tooth and gingiva materials are co-polymerized in a single manufacturing process without the need for an additional adhesive component, resulting in a direct chemical bond.

The Ivotion® 3D printing material: Print it. Feel it.

Ivotion® Base Print

Ivotion Base Print is a light-curing resin material for stereolithography 3D printing. The denture base material enables efficient denture manufacturing in proven PMMA quality. The material can be processed in established 3D printing systems.

The Ivotion Dent Multi discs are made of multichromatic DCL material. The harmonious progression of the shade within the disc imparts the denture teeth
with exceptional esthetic properties. They do not require any time-consuming additional characterization.

Ivotion® Dent
The Ivotion Dent discs are made of tooth-coloured, monochromatic DCL material. They are characterized by outstanding translucency and lifelike fluorescence.[1]

Ivotion® Base
The Ivotion Base discs are made of high-impact strength denture base material. The shade range is coordinated with that of the denture base materials from Ivoclar.
