Long-lasting, natural-looking restorations do not happen by chance – they are the result of selecting the right material. IPS e.max Press Multi gives you fresh opportunities to create highly esthetic restorations efficiently.
Integrates seamlessly into digital processes
As a CAD/CAM-compatible press ceramic, IPS e.max Press Multi combines the accuracy of digital design with the benefits of the press technique and integrates seamlessly into modern workflows:
If the sprue is designed digitally and then printed or milled, the need for manual sprueing is removed. This saves time and reduces potential sources for error.
IPS e.max Press (Multi) also makes good business sense: One ingot allows you to press several restorations at the same time. For instance, you can manufacture up to four IPS e.max Press Multi crowns in a single press cycle – optimizing material usage, cutting production time and boosting your lab’s efficiency.
Press, glaze, done – it’s that easy with the polychromatic ingot
IPS e.max Press Multi is available in nine A–D and one Bleach BL shade, providing a powerful solution for anyone who wants to combine esthetics, strength, accuracy of fit and efficiency.
Using your existing furnace infrastructure, like the Programat EP 3010 G2 or EP 5010 G2, you can fabricate restorations with integrated shade transition and the same accuracy of fit you are used to. Glaze firing is all that is needed after pressing, or, if desired, you can customize the restorations with the IPS Ivocolor range of stains or the new IPS e.max Ceram Art materials. Using the cut-back technique is also an option, of course.
Whether it is veneers, anterior crowns, posterior crowns or abutment crowns: IPS e.max Press Multi achieves results that come very close to the dynamic play of light found in natural teeth – and this in fully monolithic restorations. That is because this polychromatic press ceramic – the only one of its kind worldwide – combines the proven stability and durability of lithium disilicate with an integrated shade and translucency transition.
The result: restorations with impressive esthetics, produced with maximum efficiency.
