OptraGate® 2 is an auxiliary aid for clinical use which facilitate access to the working field. It provides for the retraction of lips and cheeks during dental treatment, offers the operator increased visibility and accessibility and facilitates saliva and moisture control in the oral cavity.
The device, which features three-dimensional flexibility and elasticity, ensures patient comfort and assists in keeping the patient’s mouth open. It is available in sizes Regular and Small.
Area of Application
The product is design to retract the lips and cheeks during diagnostic, preventative, therapeutic and orthodontic dental procedures, e.g.:

OptraGate 2 is not sterile and thus not suitable for use in sterile oral surgical or implantological procedures, as well as in treatment procedures requiring absolute isolation. The use of the product is contraindicated if the patient is known to be allergic to any of its ingredients.
